"therefore prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord God; Because you⌃ have been dishonored, and hated by those round about you, that you⌃ might be a possession to the remainder of the nations, and you⌃ became a byword, and a reproach to the nations:"

Discovered beneath the floor of a synagogue at the desert fortress of Masada, this ancient Ezekiel scroll is an important historical find. Its text and paragraph divisions are almost identical to the traditional Hebrew text, showing that the biblical text was transmitted with extreme care.
