Isaiah 20:4
"for thus shall the king of the Assyrians lead the captivity of Egypt and the Ethiopians, young men and old, naked and barefoot, having the shame of Egypt exposed."
Did Assyrians actually lead away Egyptians with uncovered buttocks?
> Isaiah 20:4 So the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptians prisoners, and the Ethiopians captives, young and old, naked and barefoot, even with their buttocks uncovered to the shame of Egypt.
Critics question when Assyrians ever captured Egyptians and Ethiopians and led them away with their buttocks uncovered. Assyria did defeat Ethiopia and Egypt around 670 B.C., which is historically undisputed. Making enemies walk around completely naked was a standard way of humiliating them in this time period, so it is quite certain that they did this.
