Luke 11

Luke 11:10

""For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened."
Does Luke 11:5-10 teach that it is okay to be pushy and annoying?

> Luke 11:5-10, the parable of the man who knocked on the door of his neighbor, is sometimes interpreted by skeptics as meaning 'its okay to be pushy and annoying as long as the result is worthwhile.' However, such persistence is an Eastern characteristic -- which Westerners may find unendurable, but not Easterners, who expect it.
