10.103 – Then We rescue Our messengers and those who believe
The language of salvation usually appears in stories of past prophets, for example in this sūra at verses 73 and 92. Sūra 10.103 seems to make this pattern into a principle and adds that Allah makes it obligatory upon himself to deliver the believers from harm. See “Salvation in the Quran”.
