Surah 106:1
"For the uniting of Quraysh,"
The Quran contains remarkably few references to individuals and groups who lived at the time of its writing. This sūra refers to the Quraysh, an Arab tribe who, according to Muslim tradition, controlled commerce in Mecca during the life of the messenger.
