Surah 11:110
"Certainly We gave Moses the Book, and then differences arose about it. Were it not for a preceding word from your Lord, it would indeed have been decided between them. Surely they are in grave doubt indeed about it."
11.110 – Certainly We gave Moses the book, and then differences arose about it
As in verse 17, there is no criticism here for the Book of Moses, but the Quran says that people disagreed concerning that book and fell into doubt about it. See the discussion of the differences attributed to the People of the Book at 98.4.
