Surah 11:42
"It ran with them in (the midst of) wave(s) like mountains, and Noah called out to his son, since he was in a place apart, ‘My son! Sail with us and do not be with the disbelievers!’"
11.42 – Noah called out to his son
Noah’s son thinks he can survive the flood by climbing a mountain, but the water reaches him there and he drowns (v. 43). After the flood, Noah seems to argue with Allah about his son (v. 45), but Allah says the disobedience of the son separates him from Noah’s family (v. 46). Interestingly, the Quran also says elsewhere that the wife of Noah disobeys and is commanded to “enter the Fire!” (66.10).
