Does God already own everything, or will He inherit it? Some verses state that everything in the heavens and the earth currently belongs to God and that He is the owner of their kingdom. Other verses describe God as the inheritor of the heavens, the earth, and its populations, stating that He will eventually inherit all things and is the best of inheritors.
