Surah 18:83

"They ask you about Dhū-l-Qarnayn. Say: ‘I shall recite to you a remembrance of him."

Dhū ’l-Qarnayn, literally “he of the two horns,” is thought to refer to Alexander the Great. Here he builds a barrier between the people and Yajūj and Majūj .
