20.49 – He said, “ And who is your Lord, Moses? ”
This story of the interactions between Moses, Pharaoh, and the sorcerers (vv. 49–73) is remarkable for its length and detail. The sorcerers are so impressed with the signs of Moses that they immediately convert (vv. 70, 72–73), in spite of the fearsome punishments threatened by Pharaoh (v. 71).
