"They seek to hurry you with the punishment. God will not break His promise. Surely a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of what you count."

Surah 32:5 → "He directs the (whole) affair from the sky to the earth; then it will go up to Him in a day, the measure of which is a thousand years of what you count."
Opposing Verses
Surah 70:4 → "The angels and the spirit ascend to Him in a day, the measure of which is fifty thousand years."
Does the Quran state that the measure of a divine day is equivalent to one thousand years or fifty thousand years? Certain verses state that a day with God is like one thousand years, while another verse states its measure is fifty thousand years.
