26.192 – Surely it is indeed a sending down from the Lord of the worlds
The Quran returns to direct address to the messenger (as at v. 3), not only reassuring the messenger but also making the claim that his message is a “sending down” ( tanzīl ). This verse and the following verses are important for the Muslim doctrine of scripture. See a discussion of this theme at 85.21–22.
