Surah 3:41
"He said, ‘My Lord, make a sign for me.’ He said, ‘Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three days, except by gestures. Remember your Lord often, and glorify (Him) in the evening and the morning.’"

Opposing Verses
Surah 19:10 → "He said, ‘My Lord, give me a sign.’ He said, ‘Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three days exactly.’"
Does the Quran state that the sign given to Zachariah was not speaking for three nights or three days? One verse states the sign was not speaking for three nights (layalin), while another verse explicitly states three days (ayyamin).
