Surah 34:31
"Those who disbelieve say, ‘We will not believe in this Qur’ān, nor in that which was before it.’ If (only) you could see when the evildoers are made to stand before their Lord, (how) some of them hurl the blame at others. Those who were weak will say to those who were arrogant, ‘If not for you, we would have been believers.’"

This passage pictures how the sinners might talk to one another on the Day of Resurrection (vv. 31–33). There are two more such “judgment scenes” in this sūra (vv. 40–42, 51–54).
