"You will find others wishing that they were safe from you, and safe from their (own) people. Whenever they are returned to temptation, they are overwhelmed by it. If they do not withdraw from you alone, and offer you peace, and restrain their hands, seize them and kill them wherever you come upon them. Those (people) – We give you clear authority against them."
