Surah 46:9

"Say: ‘I am not the first of the messengers, and I do not know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow what I am inspired (with). I am only a clear warner.’"

Opposing Verses

Surah 48:1 → "Surely We have given you a clear victory,"
Surah 48:2 → "so that God may forgive you what is past of your sin and what is (still) to come, and complete His blessing on you, and guide you to a straight path,"
Does the Quran state that Muhammad's fate is known and his sins are forgiven? Some verses state that he does not know what will be done with him, while others state that his sins are forgiven and he is granted a clear victory.
