"Surely God will cause those who believe and do righteous deeds to enter Gardens through which rivers flow. But those who disbelieve – they take their enjoyment and eat as the cattle eat. The Fire will be their dwelling place."

Surah 19:71 → "(There is) not one of you (who is) not coming to it – (that) is for your Lord an inevitability decreed."
Does the Quran state that everyone will come to Hell or that believers will be admitted to Heaven? Some verses state that everyone will inevitably come to Hell, while others state that believers will enter the Gardens.
