Opposing Verses

Surah 42:51 → "It is not (fitting) for any human being that God should speak to him, except (by) inspiration, or from behind a veil, or (that) He should send a messenger and he inspire by His permission whatever He pleases. Surely He is most high, wise."
Surah 6:103 → "Sight does not reach Him, but He reaches sight. He is the Gentle, the Aware."
Does the Quran state that Allah can be seen? Some verses state that sight cannot reach Him and He speaks from behind a veil, while others describe a vision of Him descending.
