Surah 58

Surah 58:22

"You will not find a people who believe in God and the Last Day loving anyone who opposes God and His messenger, even if they were their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their clan. Those – He has written belief on their hearts, and supported them with a spirit from Him, and will cause them to enter Gardens through which rivers flow, there to remain. God is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. Those are the faction of God. Is it not a fact that the faction of God – they are the ones who prosper?"

This verse says that no love should be spared for those who oppose Allah and his messenger, even if they are close members of the same family. This theme reappears at 60.1.
