Surah 6:115
"Perfect is the word of your Lord in truth and justice. No one can change His words. He is the Hearing, the Knowing."
6.115 – No one can change His words
This verse states that there is no changer of the words of Allah (lā mubaddila li-kalimātihi). Interestingly, in the preceding verse the people to whom Allah has previously “given the Book” are said to recognize the present recitations. The statement that Allah’s words are unchangeable repeats in slightly different forms at 6.34; 10.64; and 18.27.
