Surah 60:8

"God does not forbid you from those who have not fought you in the (matter of) religion, and have not expelled you from your homes, that you should do good and act fairly toward them. Surely God loves the ones who act fairly."

The Quran contains twenty-two statements about the kinds of people whom Allah loves. Those who act fairly (muqsiṭīn) are among the most frequent objects of Allah’s love (also 5.42; 49.9).
