Surah 66:11

"And God has struck a parable for those who believe: the wife of Pharaoh, when she said, ‘My Lord, build a house in the Garden for me in Your presence, and rescue me from Pharaoh and his deed(s), and rescue me from the people who are evildoers.’"

The wife of Pharaoh asks her Lord for a place in heaven and rescue from her husband. She is also portrayed positively when she asks that the baby Moses not be killed (28.9).
