Surah 8:66

"Now God has lightened (the task) for you, and He knows that (there is) weakness in you. If (there) are a hundred of you (who are) patient, they will overcome two hundred, and if (there) are a thousand of you, they will overcome two thousand by the permission of God. God is with the patient."

Opposing Verses

Surah 8:65 → "Prophet! Urge on the believers to the fighting. If (there) are twenty of you (who are) patient, they will overcome two hundred, and if (there) are a hundred of you, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a people without understanding."
Does the Quran state that believers have a tenfold or twofold strength advantage? Some verses state that a believer can overcome ten non-believers, while others state they can overcome two.
