Surah 10:100 → "It is not for any person to believe, except by the permission of God. He places abomination on those who do not understand."
Does the Quran state that individuals have free will to choose belief, or is it solely determined by God? Some verses state that a person can only believe by God's permission, while others state it is up to whoever pleases to go straight.
